Explain your evolution since inception in 2014
“Our experiences from 2014 till now has been challenging and educative since it was quite difficult getting people to accept the Adepa shoes as a brand worth relying on to deliver to their expectations, but our persistence to churn out unique, quality, affordable and trendy designs devoid of short falls helped us to break that jinx”.

Tell us about your vision for the years to come: introducing Adepa to new markets & scaling up production
“Our immediate plans is to get stockists around the globe to introduce true brand and our products to markets we cannot easily penetrate from here in Ghana. In ten years time, we intend to build an industrial factory to scale up production, provide employment to more people, and increase our corporate social responsibility to help the down trodden in our society, and also set up retail shops around the world”.
Ghana, the west African nation that has opportunities for entrepreneurs: what do you think ?
“The merit of doing business in Ghana is the direct access you have to human resource which you can train to achieve any goal you set as an entrepreneur. Our folks in the diaspora should look back to Ghana and the African continent at large, because there are a lot of opportunities to be explored , and resources , both human and natural, with a lot of potentials to be harnessed. We currently have a retail outlet in Accra where people buy our ready to wear shoes we are setting up an E-commerce site which would be going live in some weeks time”.
